The service of executing normal, non-hazardous solid materials in sanitary landfills and recycling factories, which the public authorities or their owners decide to destroy or permanently dispose of, is for foodstuffs, whether they are hygienically rejected by the concerned authorities, such as the central laboratories of the Department of Customs and others, or because they are not fit for consumption with the benefit of the concerned authorities, and they must be destroyed by special methods and procedures to be coordinated, for reasons related to the administrative control of the responsible authorities or related to the confidentiality required for the destruction of these materials.
